Representative James objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" There being no objection, it was so ordered, and the new title appears below: HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 35 am Relating to urging the United States Congress to amend the tax code to permanently repeal the estate tax. Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that HJR 35 am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
